I tried searching a few different ways but OBS is too short a term to be accepted by the site's search engine. I've taken a strong liking to a 1988 F250 and I'm thinking about placing a call to GFC to see if I could get one of their campers to work with it. Is anyone here running an old square body setup on their adventures?

They don't look square to me? I think the'88-'98 GM trucks are more square?



The '14-'18 Chevies even more so......

Good question! I’m thinking 1990 based on this ID plate, but I have no idea. It fits almost perfectly on the 89 bed, but not perfectly enough to have been made for it.

Not to mention if you were going to classify them as a shape it would be rectangle bodies. People are stupid!

Those of you that are using these old rigs for long distance travel: What are you doing for long haul comfort?

My last “classic” travel rig before the raptor was an NAS defender 90. It was loud and bouncy but made bearable by a set of Scheel-Man seats. What changes are you OBS guys making in order to arrive with all your teeth in place?
