Just saw this guy:

Seems small enough to keep in back to power my fridge and rear mounted radio without having to run heavy duty wires. My 4runner already has a 12V in the back so the 10 amp draw shouldn't really phase it. Think it would work? Any downsides I'm missing? I'd like to run a winch eventually. How important is having dual battery for that?
