What kind if jack does everyone use to lift their truck? All the ones I can find dont seem to have enough tavel

The stock Toyota jack. It's mechanical/screw and has a long range.

You need to put down blocks to bring the jack so it's almost touching what you want to lift.

I use Safet Jack. https://safejacks.com/ I carry a the bottle jack that came with the kit and a Bottle jact with a integrated jack stand. It's a bit of overkill but it is safe when i am doing work on the rig.

The Hummer jack is popular among the heavy off-road van crowd.

Personally I've always gotten by with the tallest bottle jack I can find and some wood blocks. Can't beat the bottle jack for small storage footprint.

We run a shorty 12t bottle jack. Just short enough to slip under an axle with a flat tire.

I use this with my lifted Xterra, but also carry a stock jack and a Bushranger X-Jack.

My truck is an ex australian military international harvester. Never came with a jack.

Was looking at this https://www.tauruslegend.com.au/20-ton-air-manual-hydraulic-bottle-jack-ce.html

Might be overkill? I like the air assist.

but yeah guess it should do if I have some sturdy blocks
