Light bars and vibrating light

You guys that have your spots mounted on light bars or fibreglass shell mounted on your truck bed, do your beams vibrate?
Does the movement of your truck bed in relation to your truck cab cause the lights to bother your eyes?

I have a set of older Ralley 1000's. I had to put a brace off the top. Big lights tend to need a little extra support. That's why you see the big hoop style light bars. It allows a top mount to stop vibration.
