This is my answer to question "How do you make a chuck box that does not weight 40 pounds?" This box, made from 6mm corrugated plastic, weights around 11 lbs. empty.
As it is designed to be lightweight, it will not carry your cast iron collection, but it is a good way to organize all you other camping cooking gear in one place.
