This is a project that I have been seriously considering building. Really appreciate the details. Keeps me thinking.
The Australian expedition trailer had a great idea. They triangulated a reinforcing point at rear of trailer for a 2" receiver. That way you could put a shackle so you could be pulled in reverse and you could also use it to carry mountain bikes or a dirt bike carrier in the back. I thought that was a great idea.
Again, really looks good. Well thought out kitchen.
