I had to go for a walk, but I finally found a good one in the light. Amazing looking little flowers!

I didn't even notice. Danica is so sneaky!!! That is her christmas present sock monkey. She has a slight obsession with sock monkeys.

A very cool side trail runs through the gate marked Golden Eagle Mine. If you take the right fork, it climbs up to a ridge near Mt Trittle. Very cool ridge campsites with view of Prescott lights at night. The old mining road is loose shale and tight switchbacks up past the Davis Dunkirk mine (spelling?). Not a trail for trailers but any other 4X4 with decent clearance can make it without any problems.

Turn off the Senator hywy is at N34 24 39.5 W112 26 17.8

Campsite on Ridge is at N34 25 19.4 W112 27 45.3
