Great thread! Thanks to all who have contributed!! Have been looking for some other options other than the scanguage. My eyes have a hard time with that smaller font anymore.

Quick question...can you send this info to the stereo if it has Bluetooth capability? If it can do so, can you listen to music simentainously while you monitor engine parameters?

You can set low/high alarms. It also verbally tells you when codes pop up.
Your device would have to be able to connect to two bluetooth devices unless you have the wifi obd2 dongle.

*The stereo need to support the torque app most of them don't.
* You can MirrorLink to the stereo if your phone and stereo supports that. But you still need a phone or tablet. I would not recommend it it's to much of a process.

Using your phone or tablet is the simplest way to have it. That's my opinion.
If the tablet is a powerful one you can push the tablet to process different application simultaneously.
