Lockable Nato Fuel Can Holder

I made this to go on my trailer, but after seeing how dirty the trailer gets behind the jeep I decided to keep the fuel and water cans inside, so I made a different mount for inside.

I decided I would like to sell this one as a NATO can holder. When I make the Scepter holder I will post it up if and when I do.
I have to many other projects on my plate right now including putting a top on my m416 before our upcoming spring trip.

edit, just to be sure, could you tell me the height of the lower tray without a can in it? trying to still fit in the garage without a can

the hight of the tray is ~2" but the strap in its current configuration is not removable.
