Yes, SR31 probably closer to the Huntington side tho because I know there will still be snow up on top.

No.. I didn't see that option, but 5'x7' is 6" bigger than the top of the trailer on all 4 sides. That should work right?

Yes, should work, They offer a drop sided cover like mine they are called machine covers.
length, width, and depth of the sides. Like a shoe box lid.
