Thought I'd ask before I jump into the fray. What should I be looking for with one of these? Issues? Good stuff? Ect... Here's the add:

Seller also states:
The shifter cover is loose, the hand brake and transfer case waiters are worn, and the player that covers the window switches is loose. I have new parts for all of them. The leaks are the rear intake manifold gasket, an oil line going into the front cover (I'm pretty sure it's an o-ring), and the transfer case. I also have a gasket/seal kit for the transfer case.

I believe he's being as upfront as he can be. Are there any questions/concerns I need to ask about? Thank you for all your combined expertise. Walt

He's quite honest about everything that is not correct with the vehicle, he has cared for this vehicle quite a bit. Most of the aftermarket accessories are newly added as well.

Zack, how much work is involved with the seals and such. Is there anything else that needs to be addressed with this vehicle? Age and it being a Disco II?

Seals are not a very big deal, and if you're lazy you could use a stop-leak. I haven't seen the truck in person, but the issues it has are very small compared to hat has been addressed and the modifications recently done to it.

Awesome, that's what Greg said. How far are you now?

Chicago, stopped in Ohio last night and met up with Jim from African sporting creations, and bought two roorkhee chairs and table.

Why you selling? You just put a bunch of money into it?

Need something with more room, a bit better fuel mileage. And I don't like fixing a whole bunch of little things. Just sort of fell out of love with it. I know I'll miss it like crazy, but it's time for a change.
