Looking for a digital tv tuner for my laptop

All, Just wondering if any one can advise on a cheap digital TV tuner and antenna for my laptop. There are so many on the market and I really don't know what's best. Just want to plug into an antenna and get local channels. I have a Toshiba and run windows 7.

I have the EyeTv Hybrid for my Mac. It works great with the antenna on my RV. The software is really good and it has many features.

They have other options now that might work better for your needs.
