Looking for a storage box for truck bed

2016 F150 6.5' bed

I'm looking for a weatherproof box to store camp gear + camp kitchen in the bed of the truck. I am hoping to stay under $500. This would be the ideal setup: https://www.mcmaster.com/6622A22/ but it is a bit expensive with tax and shipping and it is about a month wait. That box would fit across the back of the bed of the truck and I can access it/pull it out with the tailgate down (tight fit).

Other options are longer boxes that go the length of the bed. I will have rails across the top of the bed for an RTT so I can't have something that is taller than the top of the bed. I looked at decked, but it would not get enough use for it to be practical and there would be too many times I would be removing it to haul something else. The box needs to be removable.

Tractor Supply, Lowe’s, HD. I bought something similar to your example and if I remember correctly, it was right around $200.

Stuff like this is <$200 all day long on my local Craigslist. Even if you're super picky about material/size/shape, a little patience and the ability to pounce on a deal with cash-in-hand should solve this problem in no time.

I’ve been super lucky and found a Leitner Design rack for a 6.5 bed for 300$ and cut it re welded to fit my 5.5 bed and picked up a set of leitner gear pod for $500. But keep your eye open. Took a year to get my setup together for under retail for just the rack. Offer-up and Craigslist have been my go too.
