Looking for a Truck Camper with Side Entrance

Looking for a Truck Camper with a Side Entrance for a long bed. With a dinette slide out and a front window over the cab.
Can anyone help with make, model and year that fits these requirements?? Or anyone know one for sale? Looking now!

Fwc makes one, but I believe all side entrance ones are flat beds.

Most are doing away with the front windows because of leaks and are doing one piece fiberglass caps. That being said, if you're willing to do a pop-up outfitter makes a Juno that has side entry, and it has windows all around the cab. Really nice open feel. We have one and love it. Their side walls are very well insulated even for winter camping.
