so….. not sure at all what you’re looking for but I was actually on EP today poking around specifically to feel out listing my 2017 Tacoma and fully loaded Alu Cab Khaya for sale. 2017 with around 45,000 miles. Truck and camper are 100% recreational only for me and live in heated garage when not on trips. I’m in rusty NY but there is not even a spot of rust on it, NEVER been in the salt or driven in the winter. If it’s something you’re interested in I can give you many more details on the build. I wasn’t intending on listing till Spring but I guess you never know.
***EDIT 1/14/2022***
I have decided NOT to part with my Tacoma at this time. I figured I’d better come back and edit this due to the surprising number of people very interested in buying.
If anyone cares I was looking at selling this to fund a new Ram Chassis Cab Diesel with a Flatbed and an AT Aterra camper. I “thought” this would be an awesome upgrade with some real long term livability. After a couple weeks of in depth conversations with the builders and a buddy of mine who happens to own the prototype (built on a Tacoma) I decided that while the interior livability of an Aterra is indeed better that outdoor livability just doesn’t meet my requirements.
What I mean is, the first thing I do when i get to a camp for the night is pull out my table from the overhang and a couple chairs. All the kitchen items in my camper are accessed from the outside (except the coffee bar that hinges inside also) everything is set up to be outdoors. The Aterra seems to be contrary to that. I can’t even find a place To keep a large sturdy table on it.
The final straw is no roof carrying capacity. Right now we can a couple ADK pack boats most everywhere we go, the Aterra has no provisions for anything on the roof and is not weight rated.
I am in no way disparaging the Aterra as I REALLY like the design. It’s just not the product for us right now…. Therefore my Khaya and Taco are not for sale. Thanks for the almost overwhelming interest
