Looking for clamp style bottle cage for down tube, suggestions?

Currently looking for some type of bottle cage to hold a 30oz MSR fuel bottle on my downtube without the need to drill the frame, and thus void the warranty.

I've seen the Honaker Hydro Pack from BedRock Bags and Packs, but would like to holdout on spending the money if there is a cheaper cage that would work to be found.

I appreciate your responses in advance.

Cheap, you say? Just use some electrical tape to attach the cage to the frame, and a piece of an inner tube to protect the frame. Many tourers use this method.
