Yep. Dont overlook drop-down/swing down carriers
I opted for one for the Tracker to keep the weight down as it involves much less steel, is more simple, and I really just don't care for the look of the typical swing away

That said, if I had another place to put this one spare Id do it. And while Ive casually considered a second spare for other vehicles,
I feel you will be $$ and pounds ahead by sticking to a single spare and a proper plug/patch kit (and the knowhow to do it right)

I roll my 35" up my leg. That's probably in one of the video links above but I didn't watch. Another method is to fully disrobe on the roadside. People will stop to take pictures and then you can ask them to help.

Good info/lessons.

Nena is stronger than me...as multiple injuries have decreased my strength.

Overland lady's method is promising.

Per the attached pic, notice how high my tire sits (around chest to neck level). Its the lift from the waste to this height that is challenging.

Not into modifying my already installed rear pumper system. but dot have some ideas....
