Loss of coolant on Miss Rubi, our 2012 JKUR.

They said the gauge on the tester dropped a few pounds in 20 minutes. I suspect it's a head gasket or head problem, but can't prove that yet. Oil remains clear and clean so far. Miss Rubi was built in Feb of '12, so she's an early production unit.

If I remember correctly, when looking into my issue, while that's early, it's after their bad batch of heads.

I looked at the build code on the heads, and it appears they are the early head. They didn't change the head design until the '13 model, and even a few of those had the early head.

What's weird is this isn't the typical problem with the early head. Those usually involve the valve seats failing and causing the misfire code to come up.
