A few weeks ago I posted about my 87 ramcharger, I was considering trading it. and the kind ppl here talked me into keepin it like I really wanted to do anyway, so last week my neighbors kid was haulin *** down the street texting and rode into my yard and totalled the truck, Of course she didnt have ins. so with the money i got from scrappin the old gurl (439 Dollars) I bought a 81 suzuki gs850. that fixed my gas milage problem. at least I still have a 98 3/4 ton burb

Congrats on the bike, my dad had many GS's over they years and loved them.
As for the accident, that really sucks man.. and is why I always have full coverage.

Well the kid wasnt hurt at all, and she managed to keep her car. she dragged down the whole passenger side of the truck, ruining the quarter panel, door and fender, and even manged to drag my truck a cpl feet, with a Kia. when she dragged the truck it tore up somthin in the rear end as well. she started blowin gear oil and smokin on the way to the scrapyard. and I just rebuilt the carb, tuned it and changed all the fluids less that 300 miles ago. oh well im gonna look for a Sami or an old toyota now.

I agree with Maximus Ram There has to be some sort of accountability for people.
In Pa. You must have insurance to get annual state inspection and legally drive on roads.

i'm pretty sure your supposed to have insurance on everything thats on the road in wv. there has got to be some legal issues here.

I know in Cali if your under 18 your legal guardians are responsible for your actions (to a point). Litigation sucks, but it has its place.
Naturally it depends on how friendly you are with your neighbors.
If it was my kid (besides not driving uninsured) I would go out of my way to make it right, then make my kid pay. But thats a whole different discussion.
No uninsured motorist clause on your policy?
