. . . and wondered if they were pressured to have a reserve that low.
Yes BaT does. While BaT has a pretty good handle on the market, BaT of course makes the bulk of their profit from the buyer's fee (5%), certainly not the $100 listing fee. For example, the car I won on BaT, the seller had to have their reserve 20% lower than what he was asking prior to the auction. Great for me as I was just over the reserve, not so great for him.

That's exactly what happened. We tried to negotiate a reserve, but couldn't get there. They were very professional.

129k Well folks, didn't think I'd have to go this low but here we are. For the sake of ego I'll assume it's the economy and not my build. This is basically cost for this build and probably won't go down again this year. I'll be going back into it full time for this winter but for sale the whole time.
Tom.

Any idea if this can be registered in CA? I haven't been following their new diesel rules and will (sadly) be heading back there soon.

Sweet rig. Surprisingly I've missed this til now. I have not watched the video yet but I'm curious about interstate travel speed. Will this rig comfortably do 70?

I was just blown away to Google specs and realize this rig is 15" wider than the E series vans I've always played with. Both specs excluding mirrors. This thing must be huge inside!

After reading a little bit, I'm going to say probably. They backed off on some of their rules when Trump got elected. It should pass emissions with some "unmodifications". It would certainly require more research.

Yes it will cruise at 70 no problem but the tires are rated for 68 tops. Many ignore this limit but I wouldn't. There are other tires available that do not have this limit. It should be about 88 inches wide inside after insulation. Happy to measure if you need it.

That's an awesome rig. I would suspect that it'll sell soon (or in the spring). For me (and I wonder about others) it's a lot of vehicle. I drive the rig in my profile and it's pretty big and less complexity. I think you've thought of everything with this rig and I'd be overwhelmed with all of it. I don't have a toilet, shower, etc. Electrical is just a few wires, etc. No solar (do have a solar in a bag if I need it).

If I was looking for a new rig, I'd consider this and you've obviously spent a lot of time building it and thought of everything.

Good luck! Video was awesome!
