Low Profile Ice Chest

On the roof in a box seems like the worst possible place for a cooler and seems to be really limiting your options. Can't you put other gear in the roof box and the cooler in the truck??

I'm looking for an ice chest that will fit in my new Thule box. Its tallest spot is about 17" tall. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
