One of our aluminum boxes we use on the bed rack is a custom job made by K&W Manufacturing. They'll make aluminum boxes any size you need.

As my example, in the photo it is the box facing the back of the truck with the red badge on it. With the 3 32x12x12 boxes and the kitchen box we still had space for a 32x7x12 box. They built it in short order and we had it within 2 weeks of ordering. It didn't even cost but a few dollars more than the UWS boxes we already had.
If you need a specific size box this is the only way to go....
