Thx. I think you have a good thing going here. Lots of possibilities for options with the modular setup of the pre-drilled cross bars. A cab-high version would be sweet, as well as, a bolt on headache rack. Will keep a close eye on your progress. BTW, what part of Oregon are you in? I have a friend that lives in Newberg, and I am overdue for a visit. If you are close, it be cool to check out your stuff. PM me if you don't want to post you locale in the open forum.

Thank you. I will be doing a cab height rack as well here soon. As far as a bolt on headache rack, just a stand alone one or one that bolts to the rack?

Bolts to the rack. Just enough to keep the bad things out of the rear window. Also, if you plan to do bedside panels, consider making them MOLLE compatible.
