LR3 HSE Parking Assist

Am I correct in understanding that my parking assist on my '08 LR3 HSE will not work if I install the LR Brush Guard or any of the aftermarket bumpers (front or rear) and/ or winch & mounts? I understand that the arb will allow air bags to operate but unsure on the parking assist.

It would seem that at best, I would have to cut holes in the bumpers to allow sensors to be mounted or relocate them away from winch opening. That seems plausible to accomplish.

I really like the sensors for pulling the garage and parking into very tight spaces. Just wondering if this is going to be affected in the future as I entertain adding these embellishments to the rover. Of course after downsizing tires ...

I believe you can use the sensors still.

I thought I remembered tactical rovers having provisions for the sensors, and after looking at pics on their website you can visibly see the sensors installed but the info specifically says not sensor compatible. I'm assuming this is to avoid the expense of drilling the bumper in the correct locations, and the liability incase you were to hit something while trying to park.

Pictures of Scott's LR4 show the sensors installed in the front ARB bumper and rear kaymar also.
