LR3 miles to KM?

We crossed the border into Mexico this AM and are well on our way to Sayulita for 3 months. I went to switch the LR3's ODO to KM like I would have on my old Disco 2 but it looks like it's not that easy? From a bit of research it looks like it requires a visit to the dealer to have it changed in the ECU! Is this correct?

No, I think you can change it on the dash gizmo. Check the manual you should have in the glove box, if not drop me a pm with your e-mail and i'll send you a PDF.

Thanks NWOODS, that worked! It did not change over the main ODO but at least I can track KM's in the message center now. I've bookmarked your link as well, should be a huge help in the future I'm sure.
