LR3 Roof rack options

I used a Hannibal 3/4 rack on mine, very similar to the Front Runner. Pretty hard to get these days. It was a great rack, but at times that aluminum rack could be noisy at certain washboard frequencies.

JAK, are you an OJ subscriber? Check out the editorial from Chris Collard in the current Winter issue. I think very good news for you!

I am a subscriber and have read it. Overall I have always found Baja Rack to be a good company with a good product. While they may offer to replace the rack, I don't think I would take them up on it. I have made too many changes to the basic rack. The rusting is to be expected. Nicks and scrathes that go to bare metal cannot be avoided on the trail. I welded on one of their light bars and could immediatelyt tell the steel was different during welding. It is nice to see that the any new rack will feature the improvements. This would be a plus for the orginal poster.
