LR3 Roof rack rails - tie down rings?

Hi All,

Wanting to add some tie-down rings to my roof rack rails so that I can attach a tarp, something like these: https://www.frontrunneroutfitters.com/en/us/front-runner-galvanised-tie-down-rings.html

As such, need a square nut that will work for the rails - anyone know of a source or a size? I tried square nuts for unitrack but unfortunately they're too wide and deep. Thank you!

I use the Thule M8 T bolts with the Frontrunner tie downs on the LR3 OEM rack. You may need to cut them to length. I also used them to mount a Frontrunner ski/fishing rod holder. They work well. You can get them at etrailer.com
