LR3 Transmission service - for those that hired a shop

What was your cost? (in the USA) I estimate the parts (Atlantic British kit and solenoids, etc) will run me $600 ish, but want to get a ballpark on labor/time. I know I can call my guys up instead and ask them specifics, but want to get at least a little input from you guys. I could knock it out myself over a few days but with a full-time job, kid, another kid expected any moment, taxes galore and a newer higher home insurance premium on the horizon, my bandwith is smoked.

Mine had it's ATF fluid changed within the last 2k miles but I think the only thing that will fix the rough 1-2-3 gear shifts is doing the job replacing solenoids/inner seals/sleeves etc. It's a SE / V6 with 119k on it.

Want to say $1,100 or so when I had mine done several years ago from a reputable Indy shop. Assume it’s only ticked up a bit in price since then
