LR4 rear bumper options?

This is great, but why no side support around the muffler to the frame?

The tactical bumper is pretty stout, I look at it as a positive that I don't have to connect from the sides to the frame, when I emailed kaymar they asked what my muffler shape was (lr4 is rectangular not round like the lr3 and is larger) Kaymar stated I would have to make modifications to allow it to fit, that and the mud flaps.

I've used my tactical bumper a few times a few of them rough hits over shifting rocks and it is awesome, to me, it seems that it's more about removing the plastic bumper versus beefing up the rear, that and carrying a spare tire...

Thanks, I have the Kaymar on my LR4 and modified the side supports to fit the muffler. I guess proof is in the pudding on whether anybody is experiencing deflection issues behind the rear wheels.

I have the T4x4 on my LR4. Great bumper, super easy install.

I didn't put them in, apparently Eric just drills them out to fit the sensor and silicones it in... Using bicycle tube patches can "tune" sensors that go into detection when the spare tire carrier is mounted as identified in the IIDTOOL...

It's on my project list, just have way more going on project wise and the LR4 gets driven rarely... If you don't install that harness with the parking sensors (and have a LR4) you lose the keyless sensor for the trunk...

Huskyfargo, thanks for the pictures. I spoke with Eric over at Tactical who said they have bumpers for the LR4 as they are the 3 and the 4 as all the info for both trucks are the same even though it is not mentioned on the website.

Could you send me a couple of other pictures of your truck? Mine is white too with black wheels and I would like to get a feel for the overall look.
