As usual, great trip report guys!

I used to bbq frozen pizzas often. Much faster than using the oven, and on hot summer days it keeps the kitchen from getting hot. My trick is to wrap them in aluminum foil. Leave a small air gap across the top so you don't end up with aluminum foil-cheese......
