Luxury Chase Truck Build [2007 F250-Carli Coilover]

Evidently, I didn't get this finished before I left. Been at work for a month, flying home Tuesday.

I did get the bed rail and window frame LED strips mounted with super gnar 3m foam tape. Also wired them, and ran new loom around the hatch. The switches I ordered initially were wrong, but the right ones are in the mail. All I have to do is mount them and it's plug and play...

Also ordered 4 small sections of L-Track that I'm considering mounting in the rear corners of the bed as shown (these are scraps). Still in need of a way to strap the massive 3.5 ton jack more solidly.

On that note, really liking the Pro Eagle 2 ton jack with extension, skid plate, and cradle. I could bolt it right on top of the track and have it be removable. I tested a HF 2 ton aluminum jack before and almost broke the handle trying to lift the truck, so got a bigger one. However, photographic evidence shows this small Pro Eagle lifting full size diesels...maybe it's just better?
Anyone had experience with these things?

Where did you get the bedrail LED's? I need some for my F450 ;P ...

Done, aside from a strip on the hatch.
The windows, hatch bed rails, volt meter, and dome light (not installed but wires run), are on individual circuits. Lights with white and red are double throw switches. The volt meter and bed rails are wired so that they remain functional and independent of the shell, if I ever have to take it off. One day I'll install the duetsche connector I have to make that easy.

Also finally found some 'natural white' LEDs online. I'm picky about color temp. Swapped them inside and out

whew what a read. Really like your set up overall. The shell lights are nice, just the right amount of brightness. I will say that you've done some excellent mods to help your engine, but in my experience (with few exceptions); 6.0's aren't fully bulletproof. I forget if you did the pop ( high pressure oil pump) updated fitting or not, but that's a good fix and keep an eye on your ficm voltage. That will leave you stranded. Is there a reason why you didn't put the carli radius arms on as well? Great build

If you ever get lost,no problem spotting you from the air.
Very true, never thought of that!

Thanks. I updated the STC fitting on the HPOP so it should be pretty solid. Brand new ICP regulator. FICM voltage is always monitored along with 8 other values.

The Carli radius arms are awesome, but expensive and don't really net you a ton of performance. They have another degree of caster which is nice and they're super beef, but not justifiable at this time.

I'd probably try to sell this kit and move up to a 2.5 coil over with 3.0 bypass before I bought radius arms...but who knows. I'm getting married soon so this is years away!

Awesome rig! i just caught up on all 10 pages of the build. Im loving your wiring set ups, very clean. Did you get that little fuse panel you put in the pelican box off amazon as well? Ill be stealing a lot of these ideas for my own rig

Thank you sir. The fuse panels are made by Blue Sea Systems. They make various sizes and have many other electrical components as well, geared towards marine use. West Marine retails them but they can be found on Amazon for much cheaper.

Just got back to work for a month. Here are a few from my bachelor party in Pismo a couple weeks ago. It was pretty awesome, except for my buddy nearly rolling his F-150, but hey, that's Pismo...
Thanks Mikey and Tommy for helping wrap up that little scenario

Didn't break anything and all my ******** worked...it's a win in my book

Awesome video my buddy put together
https://vimeo.com/133198325

Glad the truck is wrapped up as far as mods go. Nothing's outstanding as of now. Of course there's always more, but I need to keep it simple for a while.

Sooner:

-swap 3ton HF jack for smaller Pro Eagle jack with skid and mount
-maybe two more small sections of L-Track in the rear corners to facilitate bolt-on jack mounting
-simplify tool/gear situation
-get curtains sewn (already have material and dimensions)

Later:
-rolocate/upgrade power steering cooler
-front skid plate, remount ambers, consider LED bar instead of Hellas
-forward air outlet once that's done^
-loft rails. angle aluminum (just like shell clamps) drilled to match roof rail bolts. Could strap up light stuff like sleeping bags, pillows, whatever

Hopes and dreams:
-rear bumper. 1/2 swing out spare, 1/2 swing out jerry cans (3), drop down tables on one or both sides when open
-bolt-on bed frame so I don't have to remove cargo
-small frame-mounted water tank for quick showers
-house battery to run rear aux system
-intercom (because America)

^All this after work, the next Pismo trip, my wedding, my honeymoon, another wedding, work, Thanksgiving (if I'm home), work, Christmas maybe...it's gonna be a while.

Life's getting good!
