Just released from Government service. Refreshed not restored. Past life included USAF and US Forest Service. It still needs a hand brake handle but all of the parts are there for a hand brake. It has a 2" ball hitch so it can be towed by any car or truck. The tires, while still holding air, need to be replaced with spare ties included with the trailer. New lights and wiring. Need space in garage for winter.
