Unfinished project. The plan was to build a pop-up conversion with 4-point cable lift system, slide out bed, rear hitch/bike rack, folding table, and some other things I wanted to add. Other obliglations got in the way and the project got put on hold. The trailer has been parked in the garage since, with no immediate relief in sight.

Modifications:
When I purchased it, the trailer came with a green plywood lid, and a canvas cover in so-so shape. I removed both. It does not have a lid; what looks one in the first image is the front rail for the slide-out bed (photos 2 and 3). The rails work well even in their current unfinished (testing) stage without the tubular aluminum braces I was building (not shown). The rails are attached with machine screws and easily removed.

Cutouts were made in each corner of the trailer bed to fit the lift posts. Each hole is about 3" x 1-1/2", and can be closed with minor welding. The picture showing a closeup of the cutouts, and a couple of other photos won't load(???), but one of the holes can sort of be seen in the picture of the bed with the original tires (look for the small red arrow).

Tires: New Goodyear Wrangler LT MT/R 225/75R16 with less than 50 miles. Still have the blue stuff on the lettering.

Bearings: replaced

Condition:
Very good, if not excellent. No rust anywhere except some surface stuff on the leaf springs. The undercarriage is intact.
One of the rear triangles has a ding, and the plastic in one corner of it is broken.
Parking brake: working
Manufacturer plate: see the photo
Stop lights: they work but they're not the originals (can be seen in the first image)
Electrical: working but I think it's the wrong voltage, or something else is causing a weak current. I intended to rewire in the later stages of the build.
Oil spots: those are a result of my greasy hands. They clean up.

Price: $2500 with all the extras (lift posts, slide out beds, rear hitch, original tires if desired, pintle hitch for 2" receiver, tent/awning braces, Coleman trailer door, and some extra hardware), or $2300 for the trailer alone.

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Thanks for looking.
