I do not have a way to measure it but the holy ******** that is heavy versus I can carry the box the Timbren setup comes in I am saying the weight savings is significant. Should pull behind the Jeep even better now. 118050198_10224044554407361_6896917813626811770_o.jpg117945120_10224044571527789_2184966407756963838_o.jpg117987327_10224044574167855_6196709858732225522_o.jpg117951267_10224044577607941_7501514884391691205_o.jpg118007771_10224064764472600_4474287439884849021_o.jpg117970598_10224064765472625_2861530208921326790_o.jpg

Had to rethink my stabilizer jack mounts. These are much stronger and do not stick out of the side to catch on anything. The rear are not ideal as they limit tailgate access when jack is installed but will work for now.

Installed the Jeep JK receiver after reinforcing the rear frame rail and tying it into the rail behind the axle. 20200825_160902.jpg20200825_160853.jpg20200825_160840.jpg20200825_160920.jpg117945120_10224044571527789_2184966407756963838_o.jpg

Is it low enough now where you could use some BAL "C" jacks underneath? Those are a popular choice around here as they are sturdy and convenient but still low profile.

With the 4 inch lift spindles from Timbren and the same 35's as my Jeep it is only going to ride about 1/2 inch lower than original. I looked into those jacks and ordered1 to use as mock up and it just wasn't going to work.

that's a shame - would be a clean solution.

It would and I would have preferred a solution that tucked up under the trailer but with the height and with looking for the most ground clearance for rutty fire roads and trails I just couldn't find a good option. If I see something in the future it can change. I can always retrofit a better solution when I find it.

Dealing with a broken foot and great customer service from ROAM Adventure Company. My ROAM Vagabond came in and was the wrong color. ROAM is sending FEDEX back out to retrieve the shipment and is sending the correct tent out. So I assembled and painted my fire extinguisher mounts from Off-road Anonymous. Will be mounting one of these to the trailer and 1 inside the Jeep in the near future. 20200901_155602 (2).jpg

Baddass dude! Any other mods happening lately?
In a temporary holding pattern. Had to jump on another project due to a contractor turned crook working at my moms house and getting permits to build my new house. Work will resume soon. Tent is here and other parts have arrived and are waiting.
