The trailer weighed in at 1520# with battery, roof top tent, awning, rack, tongue boxes and propane tanks. I doubt I'll ever have more than 500-1000# in cargo so I'm well within the limits of the JKU towing capacity.

First Big Trip

Was able to put the completed trailer to the full test on my annual trip to Lake Thomas Edison in the western Sierras. Trailer towed great the battery/fridge setup worked like a charm. Thanks GooseGear.

The axle order form with all of my specs is attached below.

Very nice build! I am beginning an A3 build and will have the same wheels with the same spacers and same sized tires (BFG AT KO2s). My first measurements are slightly different from yours. Any chance you could share your outside tire to outside tire measurement? I like how your tires tuck in nicely within the fenders. My fender to fender measurement is 83.5".
