All of that was done in the first week ( from last Saturday )

Next on my list is to install these.

Then I need to fix one of the side windows. That might be about as far as I get before I have to slow down.

On my master list of things to do is :

Get bunk bed
Cabinets
Counter
Cooktop
Install HAM radios
Install Solar and battery bank (then tie that into the existing 110 in the back)
Repaint the whole truck
Get new weather seals for the cab
Extra lighting for the sides and rear
Rear facing camera

I'm sure the list will grow as I get deeper into the outfitting.

Really cool Build! Are you going to change the rim and tire combination? Like go to singles? Keep posting pics. I have definately subscribed to this build!!

Good start you got going there. The floor looks great, Alot better than the ugly and stinky redwood they use for these things.

:D Maybe it's because the last unit I was in was an Artillery unit (115th FA Brigade, WYARNG), but when I saw "M-109" I immediately thought of this:

M-109A6 Paladin self-propelled 155mm Howitzer.

Not a lot of interior room but you wouldn't have to worry about tailgaters and you could pretty much camp wherever you damn well wanted to -after all, who's going to say you can't?

A little update.

Doing some little things right now. Sourcing a good bunk bed, looking for cabinets on craigslist, figuring how I want to mount the solar panels. Really hoping that I can find a good deal on rattle can paint so I can get that done when the weather warms up.

I also finished building my jumper cable for it. Lots o fun there.

Got the bunk bed in. It is just the right size that I can move it from one side to the other without taking it apart. This will be fun getting everything else in place. :)

I thought the same thing! I turned wrenches on the Paladin (and on the dueces) while in the 1st CAV.

More room in the truck!:coffeedrink:
