M416 spare tire

Okay I think I saw it here... there was someone that mounted there spare tire under the front of there trailer using a tire winch..i would like to know how it was done?? how is the winch mounted??

I was one of them. I intended to make it bolt on, but at the time was under a time crunch so I ended up just welding it in place. I used apiece of angle iron welded in as a support for the Toyota 4Runner spare tire lift mechanism. I did have to make a tool to operate the lift, since I didnt have the original tool from the 4Runner.
