Alright guys - for those interested in the rear bumper, unless you are in SoCal, you might be out of luck. Here is the email I got from Aluminess:
Hello Justin,

The first generation Tundras have been very difficult to work with. Double Cabs, Single Cabs, an Access Cabs all have different bumpers. 99-02 is different from 03-05 which is different from 06. We think there may also be differences with different motor options and manufacturing plants. We haven't been able to iron out all of the variables so we have discontinued the bumpers for that Generation Tundra for the time being.

Main Line Overland agreed to do modifications to the bumper if necessary in order to make it fit. I do not know what, if anything, they had to do to make it fit.

If you were local and could come in for a test fit before powdercoating then we could potentially build a bumper for you, otherwise I would not feel comfortable shipping something out that may not fit.

Thank you,

Kenny Gorham

We also took care of some rust and other issues along the way, and did some clearancing in the fender wells to fit the bigger tires. With the lack of aftermarket support on this generation of Tundra we had to get creative in many departments.

Thank you guys for taking the time to post up the info for us. Like you said there is some aftermarket for these trucks but not really all that much. Anytime we can see a really built up rig like this it gives us all chance to see what is possible. You guys did a beautiful job.

Awesome job, curious how much preload you have on the front coils with the 700# springs if you have any pics it would be appreciated

Thanks! It definitely came with its fair share of challenges, we even tried to stuff 35's under there but it would have been a bit too much, and we were not looking to mini-tub this thing. Some of the custom work, like the fridge slide modifications were done out of pure necessity, otherwise the customer could not access his food with the cap interfering with the opening of the fridge lid. But we had fun as well planning it out and building it. It is always satisfying seeing people get excited about our work, thanks everyone!

VERY well done on the build and thank you for taking the time to post information and photos about it. I'm currently going down a similar route with my 2004 Tundra but will be sticking to the 315 regardless of the cutting required. What gears did you go with (if any) when doing the air lockers?

How we're the front runner roof racks mounted? Did you have to drill into the roof and do nutserts of some kind?

Damn, the back looks too good....

We were able to keep the stock gearing with the tire choice we ended up going with. The 35's when mounted up did look beastly, but would have caused a series of issues, gearing, rubbing, more modification to the Aluminess rear swing-out etc.

The Front Runner Roof racks are a nice option, we dropped the headliner and through bolted the racks for added peace of mind over simply nutserting them. There are a lot of different setup options and accessories for this rack. The Eezi-Awn K9 rack system is another good light weight option.

Great lookin rig!! I just picked up an 06' DC Limited and have been considering the SCS F5's. It looks like there are two different offsets in the 16" version, Offset: -25mm / +0mm OR Offset: +10mm/-10mm. Do you know which version you have? I was also thinking about 33's, but want to avoid having the tires outside of the wheel wells. It appears yours are just a bit outside? Thanks in advance!!

I would bet the Mainline Overland Tundra is on the 3.5" BS F5's in the photos. Check my build thread link in my signature below, as I am also running the 3.5" BS F5's. With the factory flares the tires barely poke.

Thanks rickashay, I've seen your build, beautiful truck! I'll take another look though, wish I could justify running 35's, they look awesome! So the 4.9" BS would stick out more? I always get confused with the BS thing.
