It"s shelter the op wants, not coffee making machines....

The fine gentleman reached out to us with a request on making coffee given the crappy weather, particularly, during wind events.

I provided a solution that works at ANY wind, from any direction and quite possibly during a hurricane

Two options . Or you can get a rear awning and put up walls.

Yes you did and it looks interesting too.

Have you got one of these? How many cups/mugs out of the battery pack?

I personally do NOT like being holed up in anything, so I dress for the weather at hand and actually cook outside. Any of my storage boxes or water containers have at some point been used as a windbreak, as have natural features and even my vehicle. Something as simple as nesting my coffee-specific camping stove inside an open ammo can has done the job numerous times. When the weather is really bad, my coffee stove or a Jetboil seem the most efficient options (compared to a standard cooking stove). But in the end, only you have experienced "your" camping conditions, so that puts "you" in the best position to solve this. We can only guess and suggest.

I don't own these.
Copy/paste from my post above:

Ok, I can't believe I'm suggesting this but the OP's desperate plea for help warrants an appropriate response.

A friend of busted out his Makita drill battery powered coffee percolator on our last camping trip  After thinking "Millennials" (in my head) and how dare he trivialize the morning coffee ritual by this, THIS Chinese gizmo thing. I went to myself, "self, that ain't a half bad idea". Some people are just barely coherent enough in the morning to just push a freaking button and wait for the coffee to be made. He doesn't need to grind the beans, boil a pot of water, push the grind through a pump, make a mess in order to enjoy a fresh cup of java. I get it.

Just heard from him, here's what he has: https://www.ebay.com/itm/113598303910?ul_noapp=true
