Just copped another montero to replace my trashed one yesterday.. Picked it up in Salton Sea. Took it on a lil light off roading adventure thru slab city.. Got pulled into secondary at a customs border patrol stop. Got caught with a unregistered firearm, medical marijuana and $3k cash and had a k9 search my newly purchased Montero. Border patrol asking me questions on how I got the cleanest montero ever for $1500... Asking to see my 80% glock build and taking pictures of it so they can build one themselves.. My friend in another car thought I was getting arrested. They let me go and I made 3 new homies.

Been searching Craigslist everyday for past 3 years waiting on the perfectly priced montero. Not luck. And you always gotta haggle, I said $1500 first but I think I could have got it cheaper.

I know where there is nice white one with a gray interior for 300.. It has a blown motor. I was planning on getting it to swap in the interior to the one you bought. I just want the head lights out of it.

Realized why it was priced so low.. The horn is disconnected because the alarm keeps going off. I have to delete that soon. Having to disconnect the battery is annoying af.
