It never fails that anytime seat upgrades are discussed there is always a wet blanket in the group commenting about the Feds. Obviously that the is the reality we all live in when it comes to seat modifications and more importantly when you are physically removing an airbag that came in your seat from the factory.
Like everything else in life there are "gray areas" that can be utilized if you so inclined to pursue if you happen to live in a province that does full vehicle inspections but you need to upgrade your seat AND your doctor prescribes that action due to a medical condition.
We are going thru this currently with a couple now that has a medical need and this is our position and the details in how we are accomplishing it.
We will detail more a it comes but because of the government shutdown don't plan on the info coming soon.
