Maverick X3 Flip Windshield

My wife and I are new to the side-by-side world. I recently purchased a 2023 X3 DS Turbo RR without a windshield or roof.
I’m trying to determine the best option for cooler temperatures. Do you recommend a vented windshield? I also found a roof that I like, but when I emailed the company to inquire about which windshield would fit with it, they simply instructed me to check a forum. I’m particularly interested in the Can-Am Maverick X3 Glass Windshield and its performance in various conditions.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You don't have it unless you include a picture.

I have a RZR and went with the flip up windsheild to maximize airflow. The top 3/4 flips up to maximize wind.


Here it is flipped up. I have the bottom part off because I was washing it.

Can't speak to your Maverick but I really like the windshield on my Can-am Defender that can be cracked open about 6" just for ventilation or fully opened if I really need the extra airflow. Now that I've been using it for 5 years I wouldn't buy a side by side without one.

My window does that as well and I love it. I can't imagine having one without that feature.
