What I don't get is why the safety chains are secured to the ends of the Jeep bumper? If that home brew hitch breaks where is the front of the trailer going? straight into the ground and that will NOT be a good thing at all. but then again with all the weight at the end of the trailer maybe the front of the trailer will aim for the sky if the hitch breaks........
