I am in the same position with a planned trip in three weeks that this would be a huge benefit having. I gave up on the group buy seeing as this talk has been on going for the last 4 months. Would have been great to have the discount but I would much rather have the tools needed even if I have to pay full retail. Put my order in with MaxTrax US this morning...

This thread started out as a "hey is anyone doing a group buy?" The manufacturer or reps didn't start it. Matt was gracious enough to work it as is so keep that in mind.

Anyone looking for an affordable alternative, look into go treads. They are collapsible and have gotten my 7200 lb dodge unstuck many times.. I paid roughly $100 for 2 of them and they have paid for themselves.
