This truck has been all around Craigslist for a couple of years. It's now on ebay. Might be a good source for parts. The superstructure looks pretty nasty but the pictures of the chassis below seem to indicate it's not too bad.

If you watch the video to the end you'll see the pictures of the original build. It was a finely crafted vehicle. It's sad to see it in its current state of deterioration compared to its original condition.
The turbo looks downright medieval
