Mercedes Vario 814 DA

My 2002 Vario has got a corroded exhaust joint, where the down pipe joins the silencer! I have managed to get the down pipe with the flexi in, but the silencer came with a different means of connector, so that the two would not connect together! This was a geniune Mercedes part, I have now sent the silencer back, but they dont seem to be able to locate the correct silencer.

Can anyone help, the vavious factors can`t get one as its not a popular part.

I could just weld it up, but I would rather have it original
