Metricpack Weatherpack Something Else

Hi All,
Mostly a lurker here--but hoping for a little input.

I'm doing a major rewire on my Tacoma and would like to use some high quality connectors to allow future swaps of installed electronics (nothing that draws over 20amps).

I'm looking at Metri Pack and Weather Pack connectors. Is there a preference between the two? Something better?

Thanks

Errol

I have used 280 Metri-Pack connectors for all of my installs. I have never used Weather Pack connectors, but they seem pretty close in design last I checked. I have had really good luck with my Metri-Pack connectors as long as you crimp the terminals correctly you're good to go.

metripack are also now very inexpensive. Go to powerandsignal.com and download the catalog. Pick a part # then go to www.mouser.com and plug it in. Most of the pins cost pennies, even the big fuse blocks are only a couple $.
