Less than 30k miles on a 4x4 drivetrain is good.
Not a fast highway machine, but seems like a solid budget expedition vehicle.
The one does look a bit rusty on that box.

What would you value them at?

Seller has been trying to sell them for a LONG TIME!

Full time 4WD and may or may not have PS. In 77-78 the 24 volt pickup based Military Dodge trucks did not have PS due mounting of the 2 batteries for the 24 volt military electrical system.

No PS and these are a REAL handful to drive!

From a quick research effort, it appears a ‘76 is 12-volt w/o PS.

How difficult to add PS?

In the 2 trucks pictured both have first generation unitized hubs which would need to be retrofitted with either new axles or more traditional spindles. They are also full time 4wd with a 203 transfer case which would also need to be replaced. Other than the 1 tons the lighter duty trucks of that era had very poor drivetrains. Unless you are scrounging rare parts from junkyards and doing everything yourself you will probably have 2k tied up in those basic upgrades.

I drove and worked on these in the Marines at the tail end of their service. You couldn't pay me 2k to own one of these.
