Military D-ring type tie down

Does anybody know a good source for the type of tie down in the pic? I'm thinking my best bet would be military surplus, but so far, no luck, online or off line. If anybody has happened to purchased some in the past or has a few extra, I'd be grateful and happy to take them off your hands. Just shoot me a PM.

I'm looking to get between 10 and 25 of them for my rig and other projects.

Is it an Aeronet specific product? http://www.aero-net.com/index.php?rub=aluminium_products
If so, maybe try contacting them directly? The Civil menu has some similar tie-down gear.

It looks like you're asking about the type on the outside of a 463L pallet as Ghostring linked to, I've never seen them individually for sale not to say that they can't be had.....though I feel there might be better options either through the T or L tracks or some of the recessed tie downs available

I actually use both track setups and neither one really works for what I have in mind. Plus they get clogged. Normal recessed tie downs won't work for my plan either, since they usually require a broad, flat surface to mount them to. The tie downs I'm looking for can be mounted to a slim profile like cargo platforms. Plus, they're unique, and I like unique. I guess I'll just have to keep my eyes open. I've seen them for sale on craigslist before, but only once.
