Looks great. Perfect for those of us with multiple children.

We are going to have some inter-family discussions about this and how it could be integrated into
our two RTT, one diesel Excursion, one adventure trailer set up. May be more useful than the annex's.
Could be a while as we are budget controlled. lol

Thank you!...It's a nice dry space that holds heat well...so those days that may not be so outdoor friendly ....this makes a welcome spot for chairs, (I use to use a portable picnic table and two benches)
